The Keeper® 12 ft. High Tension Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1 in. Hi-Test® webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a steel ratchet, molded grip handle, and heavy-duty vinyl covered S-hooks.
